Led by Sean Dalmeny, Emerge was created to help scaling businesses avoid the common mistakes that slow growth. Unclear hiring plans, rushed decisions, and poor delivery structure.


With over 17 years in technology recruitment and leadership, Sean has worked with organisations across the UK, US, and EMEA, helping them design and build high-performing tech, product, and go-to-market teams. Having led multiple recruitment divisions and built delivery models for some of the world’s most recognised brands, he brings a pragmatic, experienced view of what sustainable growth really looks like.
